A 20-30L pack
Water and lunch/snacks

**(If gear is needed, please let us know in advance.)
Layers (in accordance with weather: gloves, beanie or ball cap, puff jacket, rain jacket)
Approach shoes or hiking shoes
Etiquette:
We share these beautiful spaces with many people. We want to be sure we minimize our impact with appropriate behavior. This includes keeping our belongings tidy at the rock cliff, not littering (from orange peels to wrappers to cigarette butts: please no smoking), leaving the pets at home with a dog sitter, not playing music, and using appropriate (encouraging psych!) language.
Tips:
While not required, tips are encouraged. If you feel your guide met or exceeded your expectations, a tip is greatly appreciated. This is in a similar light to any service industry job: 15-20% is standard.

Since her initiation into climbing in 1999, Lindsay has travelled to world-class climbing destinations and guides clients of all abilities on rock, ice and alpine climbs. After graduating from the University of Minnesota, Lindsay knew she wanted to return west where the mountains offered a plethora of climbing opportunities. She began a career coaching youth competitive climbing teams and managing climbing gyms. Through her experience teaching the technical skills of climbing Lindsay naturally transitioned to guiding and works closely with her clients to develop their skills.
Various guiding venues include Rockies, Tetons, Sierra, Rainier, North Cascades, Alaska, the north and southeast US, Argentina, Mexico, and Iceland. While Lindsay loves rock climbing she excels as a technician on ice from the ice meccas of Northeast, the San Juan’s in CO, Hyalite Canyon in Bozeman, MT; Cody, WY; to the stunning fjords of Iceland she brings her clients to their peak level of performance. In the winter, Lindsay calls Bozeman, MT home and Mammoth Lakes, CA home in the summer. These locales offer the ice and rock Lindsay adores! When she isn’t climbing you can catch Lindsay playing guitar and singing at local cafes.
Reviews
Lindsay's highly-experienced knowledge and skills are quickly apparent, keenly direct, and easily accessible due to her ability to connect with students. She is invitingly warm and has the patience of a saint and though I’ve had prior course training, this one, this one with Lindsay as the Instructor, is hands down the one I wish I could have taken first (I was ready to give up climbing if this course failed)! So, Thank You Lindsay again. Well Done!
