COMPETITIVE CLIMBING TEAM
$225 | Includes membership | Ages 7+
Looking for a unique competitive sport for your child or teenager? Our dedicated group of climbers competes in local and regional competitions throughout the year. The team meets for training twice a week, with the expectation that each team member will climb in the gym at least one additional time per week. Experienced coach Cody Ison guides the team through strength training, skills exercises, and endurance building. This is a great way to build physical fitness, thrive in a team environment, and attend competitions. Some travel is required.
Participants begin with the pre-climbing team before advancing to the competitive team. Joining the team is by invitation.
$125 | Includes membership | Wednesdays 5:30-7:00PM | Ages 6+
The pre-climbing team is for kids and teens who are not ready to begin competing, but who would like to dedicate more time and training to the sport of rock climbing with competition as the ultimate goal. The pre-team meets once a week, and students are expected to climb in the gym outside of class as well. The pre-team will learn the basics of strength training, as well as improve their endurance and technique.
Some climbing experience is required. A great way to start is the Young Aspiring Climbers Program or one of our Summer Clinics.
TEEN CLIMBING GROUP

Gear is only included on class days but can be added on for an additional $15 a month.
